Yves Rocher Handcream by Rosalie

Yves Rocher Handcream

by Rosalie

Hi Lovelies,

winter is comming these days. Its really cold here in Germany. I need to search for my snowboots and my warm pullovers. Seriously I like this season much more than I like summer, but my skin is feeling really dry, so I need to put on some extra treatment. Of course I also need to put on some nice handcream and today I write about the most rich handcream that I have used so far.

It's from the brand Yves Rocher and in this hand treatment line they have some more products, but I decided to use this super special moisturizing one! ;)

Especially in winter my hands feel like dry paper and my skin gets red and hurts a lot.

BRAND: YVES ROCHER

PRICE: 6,90€

TYPE OF PRODUCT: HAND CREAM

VOLUME: 75ml

I bought this cream at my local store, not online. But you aso can order it online if you dont have a store nearby.

I think the size is quite big for a hand cream. Like if I start to use this cream and realize I dont like it or the smell is not good..... I have handcreams with smaller volume. But this big size is also good if I llove the cream that I dont have to run to buy a new one after using it 3 times! :D

So I guess it depends on the situation. For me it is ok since I like the cream, but I also like to try out other creams and I guess it will take a long time for me to empty out the bottle. :D

The design isn't something special so far. This product is designed to be practical! :D (and look kind of adulty I guess haha!)

To come to the product itself I think it is a really nice hand cream. I guess I have paied less than the original price since the store often give some reduced prices. I think 7 € is a high price for a handcream but I really think that it is a nice product. My sisters hands are really REALLY sensitive to creams and she also likes the product. The product also have a strong smell. I have no problem with this but I would say you should test it yourself if you could if you are sensitive to smells. My mum always sais that she don't like the smell, so again it is different for each person! :D

All in all I really must say that this product is a lifesaver for me since it helps my hands to get more moisturized. This cream helps for more than just a few minutes to have a good feeling on my skin. The moisture effect stayes on for a long time, even after washing my hands I still can feel the moisturizing! *__* Also the cream soakes in really fast into my skin so that my hands are not oily for a long time or anything.

So I hope this review was helpfull for you and a s usual if you have some questions please feel free to ask me! ;)

Cute Holiday Nail Art

Cute Holiday Nail Art

by Rosalie

Hi my cuties,
today I was just absoluetly in the mood to do some nail polishes with you together. Are you free right now?? :D

For preparation please make yourself a coffee and choose some of your favourite nail polish colors.
Here you can see the colors I've choosen. Plus you'll need a brush, or a toothpick. That's all.

Ready with preparation? So let's start!! <33

First: Color Twirl

Make sure that your nails are clean, so the nail polish can stay much longer.

Apply a dark color for base. All in all you can apply this base color on all your nails to make sure that all different looks will fit together later. I used a dark brown color, because I like this much more lately than black nail polish. It looks more soft and more holiday like (than black).

Apply little dot's of a light color right as do...

...and some dot's in a secound...

...and dot's in a third color! <3

Then we carefully mix the colors a bit with the toothpick, to create the twirl.

To let a color stay out I apply the pink color again. It can stand our more and you create a highlicht this way. After this you also can apply a clear nail polish to fix it.

DONE!!! <3

Second: Milky Way

So there we have the base color again.

Add some dott's in one color,...

...and some in a second color. Try to place them like they are in a row.

After we mix the colors carefully to create this milky dusty look.

To simulate some stars and planets add a glittery nail polish gight abouve the two mixed colors.

(OMG! It turned out more pretty than I thought! <33)
After this you can apply clear nail polish to fix this.

DONE!! <33

Third: EXTRA, Dots and Lines

This is just as an extra look. Basically you can war the two first looks with the other nails beeing in the base color. This looks absolutely amazing!
But if you want to have more playfull nails and have to much time left right know you can add these ideas, too! <33

Just place some color polish somewhere (on a paper) and dig in with the toothpick or somehting reliable.

You can dab dab dab on your nail and create a cute dot pattern...

...or you make wild lines like this. (they look a bit like a animal fur... cool! <3)

DONE!!<333

So how was it for you? Do you like these nail art things doing together with me??
I know I am not the best person in doing these things but it makes me much fun and aspecially to do it together with you! <33

If you wanna do this again please let me know!<3

Etude House VS. Yves Rocher

Etude House VS. Yves Rocher

by Rosalie

Hi Everyone,
today I want to do something really interesting, it's like a comparission between two of my favorite beauty brands:

 ETUDE HOUSE VS. Yves Rocher.

The theme is CONCEALER. I compare stick concealer wich are a bit alike to see wich one is the best one! *__*

The first concealer is the ETUDE HOUSE Big Cover Stick Concealer:

The secound concealer is the Yves Rocher Sebo Végétal:

Both packagins are alike in shape. Don't took to much space and are practical. The ETUDE HOOUSE one has a skincolored tone for the packagin. The Yves Rocher one has a fresh green color that stands out, wich makes it easy to find it in the mass of my makeup products! :D

The Yves Rocher Stick is a bit shorter than the ETUDE HOUSE one.

But the most important thing about the products is the swatch:

Ok, the color I choosed from the Yves Rocher stick is to dark, but the product only came in one shade. (in the description for this concealer the brand said that this consistency can match every skin tone but as you can see... it DON'T!!!) The ETUDE HOUSE stick is perfect for my skintone (You can choose from 3 colors).

As you can see the ETUDE HOUSE one can cover the eyeliner bether, it also is easyer to blend, it's more smooth! <3

from the pricy side they are eaqual:

ETUDE HOUSE: around 7€

Yves Rocher: around 7€

The worst thing about the ETUDE HOUSE product is you have to order in South Korea wich is really a big thing for people living in Europe (or not living in Asia). Shipping costs, long waiting until you can have the product (because of the shippment), hard to communicate if you have problems with the product (from person to person)
The Yves Rocher stick is easy to get, simply order online or go to a store nearby.

All in all:

advantages:

ETUDE HOUSE: space saving design, 3 colored system, easy to blend, nice coverage

Yves Rocher: Space saving design, fresh green color, easy to buy (online or in a store nearby)

disadvantages:

ETUDE HOUSE: you have to order from a online store in South Korea -> hard to get

Yves Rocher: only one color, doesn't cover as nice as ETUDE HOUSE, not as easy to blend

If I have to choose my favorite or if I should recommend a concealer to you it would definetly be the ETUDE HOUSE Big Cover Stick Concealer. For me there aren't any disadvantages, so simply a perfect product! <33 If you want to have this product you have to order online on a south korean store, wich can be a bit hard, but for me this was really one of the best things I have ordered!

If you want to learn where you can buy korean beauty products you can read Violettas Review:

Where to buy korean beauty products?

I hope this post was helpful for you. If you have some questions please feel free to ask me! <33
