Hi my lovelies, today I want to share this new product from ETUDE HOUSE. the "colour contouring play 101 pencils" As you may know contouring your face is really a must for many professionals to do (for me it's still somehow difficoult! haha, I think I look damn ugly with contouring my face!!) :D Within this content, ETUDE HOUSE now got a new contouring method. It's not with shades and highlighting, it's more that you correct places on your face that have a strange coloring, to simply make them look nicer and make your whole face look perfect.
For example I have some red spots around my nose. Then I should add something from the gree pencil to correct the color, that it doesn't look red anymore.I think the idea behind it is really cool.
On the packaging's there are little sketches where I am supposed to apply the color. Plus the makeup artist PONY made a example where she put the colors to correct her face the best.
In the following pictures you can see how the colors look like on my arm:
To
tell the truth, I can't imagine me in the beginning to apply blue or
purple color onto my face. And there are 6 colors that have to look good
on my face. That's really so muuuuuch!!!
But
I have seen that you can buy just one pencil and don't have to buy all 3
ones. So if you exactly know what you want to correct into your face
that will be the best to choose the color. On the sketches (If I use all
3 pencils) the colors would overlay each other. MH... I don't think
that this is right. So if you use all 3 colors I think the idea how to
use it from PONY is a good one.

To use the pencils perfectly I think you have to try them out a bit before you get the best result onto your face. I think it is easy to blend them with a foundation brush or a beauty blender. The only colour that confuses me a bit is the blue. It is nice to blend but you still see the blue... Its not like with the other colours. Violetta is really impressed with the #1 to correct the dark circles under the eyes. My favourite is the green but also #3. They all work nicely. For a natural and easy look I use primer and then these pencils on top. But you can also apply foundation on top of the pencils. The pencils leaf like a silky finnish, so if your skin is dry I think you can get shocked how bad they blend in. But with a nice skin condition I have no problems. (Just telling you to not use a powdery or silky foundation on top. The pencils are not supposed to moisturize your face. You have to use different products for that!) But all in all I like the product. Still, I need some training to get a perfect result with them, since I am not using contouring for my make up I am really bad at this! haha. But even when I am bad at contouring I get some nice results, so if you want to try out the product you should give it a go. It's easier as you may think in the beginning and it somehow is fun to try the colours out, too. I hope this review was helpfull for you. If you still have some questions please feel free to ask! <33

I think lately that blusher can change your whole makeup look. It can look summery and fresh, but you also can create a warm autumn and winter look easily using different shades and consistencies. I used most often a powder blusher but this blusher is a liquid kind of type.
The color is really interesting, I mean a orange GLITTERY blusher??? AWESOME!!! Somehow I've never have thinking about glittery blusher but this is amazing for christmas. But I have to say I am kind of in christmas mood for this year so maybe that's why I like this so much!
If you don't like glitter in your makeup than this isn't a product for you but I think it's kind of fun to have this sweet shimmer. BUT I think I would only use this product around christmas time, so hmmm, you have to think of it if you want to have this seasonal blusher. :D The applicator is kind of cute, just apply some stips on your cheeks and dab lightly to blend it out. Since this is a liquid consistency it doesn't makes your skin dry, wich is a big plus in winter time! <33 But also I am a bit confused! This is the darker color out of two colors, and on my skin (I have pale skin) it's not soooooo visible. I wonder how the lighter color would turn out, or if you really can see something of the color... Anyway, I really like this blusher, so it's a fun product! If you are searching for something like this it's a good choice, of even a fun christmas present? <3
"My Little Nut" - Dear My Enamel Lips Talk #PK010
This lipstick isn't something new for me so far. But this time it came in this cute cold pink design within the Etude House christmas collection.
The consistency is the same than the normal lipsticks. But the design is much more pretty. As I mentioned earlyer gold is such a must have right now. I am in love with gold, too. It somehow makes the lipstick looks more high quality. <3 The color is really nice, but goes of after a while. But since it stay a bit liquid on your lips (means it don't makes your lips dry) it's ok for me to reapply it after a while. (But I personally like lipproducts more when I don't have to look out the whole day if my lipcolor is still visible. Just because I am a lazy girl, but who isn't a lazy girl! :D )
"My Little Nut" Play 101 Pencil #85
This is one of my absolutely favorite product from the brand. Me my sister and my mum we have many colors and I am so happy to receive this color, too!
The color is a nice dark brown with a light glitter effect. (You see this collection is full of glitter and gold!) But I don't really see much of the glitter on my eyes... As I said earlier, I am in love with this range. This again is a really nice and smooth eyeliner that stay the whole day. And I like brown eyeliners much more than black ones because they soften up the eye. (Gives you a soft and flirty look for christmas, hehe)
"My Little Nut" Play 101 Blending pencil #26 To be serious, I am not really a big fan of these blending pencils. They are to thick for a eye line but when I use them for eyeshadow my eyelid is all oily. With powder shadow I don't have any problems. And as lipcolor it makes my lips super dry. >.<
So yeah, can't really say that I was super happy about these pencils beeing in the christmas collection but since they are new products from the brand, Etude House (of course) took them into this collection. After seeing this pencil would be a silver one I was more optimistic, since I can use this one for my aegyo sal (as if europeans really have one! :D But let us pretend that we have...)
Seriously I think the color came out really nice. Under my eye area I have no problem with oilyness. So this product is nice for using it there. As eyeshadow it works like a highlighter or give your eye a cool silver touch up. But as eyeshadow itself I don't think this is so nice because if you blend it right after applying it all the glitter dissapear. Since the color of this pencil is ONLY glitter nothing is left! :D But if you don't blend it, it somehow dries up and you can't blend it away, the whole silver stay save. But anyway, I am not the mostly happy with this product!

I think the colors are really warm toned autumn colors. Of course they also reminds me on cold winter days when I am able to sit on my sofa and drink a hot chocolate and eating some sweets.
Some of the colors are glittery but with pigmentation and some are matt with more pigmentation. Of course glittery eyeshadowns cant have a rich pigmentation as matt ones have. But because of that for me it is a bit hard to combine them. I love the colors, but (hard to say) separated. For example I am in love with the rose glitter one but there isn't really a nice color to combine with in a soft way. The brown and plum colors are rich in pigmentation and I think they are to bold for the soft rose. So for create a nice eyelook (with shadow effect and all) I think it's a bit hard. Please if you have nice ideas how to combine the colors please let me know!!! <333333333333
But the consistency of the shadow is really nice. It stays like for a whole day and blend in well. And also I have to say that Violetta really likes this palette, but she wasn't able to try it as much as I was since it arrived. :(
PLUS: because the case is all gold you see your fingertouches fast. This let the whole elegance thing flow away since finter touches arent THAT kind of nice looking. :D
"My Little Nut" Holiday Limited Brushes and Gold Pouch
OMG!!! This time there was also a set with brushes and a pouch in the box! So amazing! All things are in the "My Little Nut" design, pretty cute, right? I've seen that nowadays you can get the pouch as gift on the Etude House Global Store, but I am not sure how to get the brushes.
The gold colors are really amazing. The brushes are nice quality so I really am liking them so far. I've also tried to clean them and look what happened then but everything was ok. Since they are my first Etude House brushed that I own I can't compare them to other brushes from the brand, sry. But this set is also something great for a christmas gift isn't it? (I would love to get them, keke) *sidekick*

Etude House "Play 101 Contour Duo Stick" #contour2

Hi everyone, nowadays contouring is a big theme in the beauty world. So today I will write about the latest contouring product from ETUDE HOUSE. It's the Play 101 Stick Contour Duo. Seriously, the play 101 range is now sooooo big!!! They have the normal pencils, this contour stick, big sticks, the blending pencils..... it's really amazing!! At the begin I don't thought of such a big range! :D
This stick is available in two color sades, one more cool toned and a warmer toned one. I have the shade #contour2, wich is the warmer shade. The stick itself contains two colors, one for highlighting and one for the shading. I think it's really handy to have these two things in one product and also in a nice pencil shape. This really makes it easy to apply, and you don't need a pencil for applying. (Only for blending, but you easily can use your fingers, too.)

I personally think that the colors do fit my skintone really nicely, also they blend in so well. It's not as you would have dark lines on your face or something. Just a nice soft contour that you can create.

Violetta slo tryed to only ude this product for the base, I mean without any BB cream under it. And she loved it. It look's really natural and nice. So if you are in a hurry at the morning you can use this to be faster! :D

I´m so excited to tell you that the secound Pink Bird Box from ETUDE HOUSE has arrived. :D There is so much cool and new stuff in there, I can´t believe it.
This post is just a little haul-like one where you can find short descriptions about each product and where you also can find the links to our full reviews. Have fun! ^^

If you read all our posts so far, you may know that neighter my sister nor me ever talked about contouring. That´s because we are not so big fans of this technique. I´m personally only contouring around my eyebrows and sometimes around my lips a bit, but we both haven´t used that technique so often yet.
When ETUDE HOUSE came up with the Play 101 STICKS and we both saw the contour stick, we both said, that if we had enough money, we would definitelly want to try out the contour stick, just because it looked so cool that you have the two colours you need for contouring included in one small pencil. But we couldn´t buy it. :,(
Now that we got the NEW COLOUR of the contour stick, we are both sooooo happy about it, because it works so great, also for contouring beginners like us. ^^
There is a little instruction on their internet side that we followed and it went out really great.
The texture is really creamy and easy to blend, eighter with fingers, sponge or a brush. This way you don´t get to look to contoured and unnatural. ^^
As I said ETUDE HOUSE only offered one colour in the beginning, where the pigmentaton was a bit more cool toned I would say (just judging from the pictures on the web). I think #1 is also a really great colour mix, but #2 is supposed to be greater in summer with it´s more warm toned colours.
But if you ask me, I would say that they both work for all seasons really great, no matter which one you have.
I don´t know how the colours work on darker skin, but they´re pretty perfect for my skintone.
If you look close enough you see pretty good how the colours work. Not to obvious and still doing their job pretty good, heh?
The next one was quite a little surprise for us when we opened the package, because we haven´t seen any advertisement about this till then. They published the first picture of this collection two days after our package arrived. :D This was such an awesome moment.
I´m talking about the "Moistfull Collagen Cream Jumbo"
ETUDE HOUSE decited to redesign their famous "Moistfull Collagen" collection whith featuring DISNEY´s Dumbo. <3
They created a bigger pot of the "Moistfull Collagen CREAM" as well, so that you can get a bigger container of the cream. The normal size includes 75 ml, while the bigger size includes 110 ml.
These packages looks so adorable. And I really like the Dumbo~Jumbo combination. Just a great idea.
I did some reserches and I tink this repackaged pot doesn´t has a new mixture or something like that. It´s obviously just the same cream in a bigger container. ^^

Since this collection is so adorable, I already ordered a "Moistfull Collagene FACIAL STICK". I have already checked it out and I love it so much and since they have it in the new design now, I just had to get it (my sis and mon too). :D

The ETUDE HOUSE 2016 Fall Collection PINK SKULL
This collection includes blusher (2 shades), maskara (2 shades of curl fix, 1 shade of long lash), twin shot lips tint (2 shades), eye shadow (2 palettes with each 9 shades), nail polish (5 shades), nail sticker (2 different styles) and perfume.
So nothing is missing in this collection, heh? (beside a cushion maybe ;-) )
ETUDE HOUSE offers the products seperatelly an as different sets (so you can save a bit on money if you want more than one product of this collection).
I think it´s really cool that ETUDE HOUSE created a bit more funky but still girlish image. The colours of this collection are all really great and I think also skulls fits this season really good, not only falling leafs. ;-)
The palette is really great. My sister said she wanted to buy it anyways. ^^ The colours are so nice and match each other really well. The palette we´ve got is a bit more warm toned than the other one ETUDE HOUSE offers. (click here for the link)
At first I thought the "Pink Skull TWIN SHOT LIPS TINT" (please click for my review) is going to be similar to the original Twin Shot Lipstins´s, but it´s not. While you press a button on the original products container to get the secound colour out, the PINK SKULL ones are like 2 seperated colours in seperated bottles in one stick. There is nothing to pump. :-(
I think that´s because the supposed use of these is a bit different. Here it´s not supposed to get blended lips colour, but to darken up the first colour with the dark secound one. Look on the pictures below to see (and understand) what I´m trying to say. (click to get to the official global page of ETUDE HOUSE)
Both colours can be worn seperatelly or in combination. (Swatches of my lips in the full review)
The mousse tint one is matt and really not drying out your lips. I´m so happy with it. My only problem is that the colour I got is so dark, that I think I can´t wear it on daytime (or atleast not to often ;-) ), so it´s really sad that the other shades they offer are also so dark. I mean the colours are really beautifull and with the matt one on my lips, I also can drink and eat without losing any colour of my lips, but it´s just to dark for daytime. :-(
The dark colour (pearl tint) is also really cool, because you can also use it in combination with other lip products and every colour you like. That makes this colour really flexible. Unlike I thought in the beginning, this colour also looks good on it´s own. If the red and both in combination are to dark, you can at least wear this colour, but it is really glossy, so it goes of really fast if you drink or eat. It also turns the red one in combination into a glossy colour that doesn´t stay long under several circumstances. ;-)
But all in all, I really appreciate this new collection. I also ordered the blusher of this collection to try it out, because it´s a cream blusher like my "Berry Delicious Cream Blusher" is, and I love this so much, I thought about ordering a secound colour all the time. Now I will get one soon. ^^
